Silver Clay
Jewelry Workshop
Shape, texture and personalize your own piece of real silver jewelry at our Newbury Street atelier. Add colorful zirconia, genuine pearls or natural jade, and take your finished jewelry home the same day. No experience required.
See PackagesSoft as clay.
Beautiful as silver.
Silver clay is made of tiny particles of fine silver mixed with a natural binder. You roll, shape and texture it by hand, just like clay. Firing burns away the binder and leaves solid silver behind.
Make a ring, a pendant or a few small treasures. Our instructor guides you through every step, from your first idea to the final polish.
Come on your own, bring a friend or plan a creative date.
Everything is included.
- Silver clay (3g, 5g or 7g, depending on your package)
- All tools and materials
- Gemstones: colorful zirconia, genuine pearls and natural jade
- Firing, polishing and finishing
- Step-by-step instructor guidance
- Your finished jewelry to take home the same day
One Material. Endless Possibilities.
Every piece is different. Choose your own shapes, textures and gems, and make what you love, not a copy of someone else's design.

A striking ring, an organic pendant or a collection of little keepsakes. Your piece doesn't need to look like anyone else's.

Before You Visit
Do I need any jewelry-making experience?
Not at all. This workshop is designed for beginners, and our instructor guides you from your first idea to the finished piece.
What can I make?
Rings, pendants and other small silver pieces. The 3g, 5g and 7g packages describe the amount of silver clay included, not a required number of pieces. Focus on one detailed design, or make several small treasures.
Are gemstones, pearls and jade included?
Yes. All gemstone options are included in the package price, with no additional fees. Your instructor will help you choose suitable stones and setting methods. Pearls and jade are added after firing, not fired in the kiln.
How long does the workshop take?
Plan for about 3 hours, which covers shaping, adding details, firing and polishing.
Can I take my jewelry home the same day?
Yes. Your jewelry is fired and finished during the workshop, so you leave wearing your creation.
Can I book the studio for a private event?
Yes. Private bookings are available for celebrations, friend groups, corporate teams and other special occasions. Contact us with your preferred date, group size and event type.
Where is the workshop?
FindingYoYo Atelier is located at 222 Newbury Street, Unit 32, Boston, MA. Workshops are by appointment.
What should I bring?
Just yourself, and perhaps a friend. We provide all tools and materials.
