Frequently Asked Questions
What's included in a private event? All tools and materials — real pearls, real jade, gemstones, and findings — plus guided instruction throughout. Every guest leaves with a completed, wearable piece.
How many guests can you accommodate? Our Newbury Street studio's large room comfortably accommodates 15 guests for private events. For bigger groups or offsite events, we bring the full workshop setup to your venue.
Do you host offsite/private events outside the studio? Yes. We travel to homes, offices, and event venues throughout Greater Boston, bringing all materials and tools needed for a seamless experience.
Can we bring food and drinks? Our Newbury Street studio doesn't allow outside food or drinks, but we're happy to help you plan catering or refreshments as part of your event — just mention it when you inquire. (For offsite events at your own venue, this isn't a restriction.)
How far in advance should we book? We recommend booking at least 3 weeks ahead, and earlier for weekends and holidays, to secure your preferred date.
What's your cancellation policy? We require at least 14 days' notice for any date changes for private events. No-shows are non-refundable.
Can we customize the experience? Absolutely — from stone and pearl selection to event-specific colors or personalized charms, we'll tailor the details to your celebration.
