This one was made at night, during one of those sleepless stretches where the rest of the world goes quiet and your hands just start doing things without asking your brain first.
What makes it special:
- Hand wax-carved, so the moon-and-lagoon shape has real texture, not a stamped pattern
- Raw natural aquamarine — every piece is a slightly different shape and shade
- Cast in solid sterling silver, built to actually last
Details:
- Material: Solid sterling silver
- Stone: Natural raw aquamarine — every piece unique
- Design: Hand wax-carved moon and lagoon motif
- Inspired by: A sleepless night, and the moon that was there for it

Inspiration:
The wax carving tool, a moon — the one in the imagination, not any particular moon, just the idea of one. Soft, full, a little imprecise at the edges the way moons actually look when you stare at them long enough. And beside it, nestled in close the way a lagoon sits against the land, a curved hollow where the water would be.
The aquamarine is raw and natural, one piece per set, each one a different shape and a slightly different shade of blue-green — some leaning more sky, some more sea, some barely there, almost clear. You don't choose the stone so much as receive it.
Cast in solid sterling silver, because something made at 2am deserves to last.
